You might listen to the lesson in the car, on a walk, or while making breakfast. Let it sink in for a day or two, then open the workbook when you're ready. Some exercises are creative and light, others are deeper or more reflective. You do things like remember what lit you up as a kid, explore your strengths, and search online or in-store for ideas. Early in the course, you'll map out how your energy works, so you can learn when you feel most inspired. That's where your magic lives. You don't have to force it. You just need to notice what already works for you.

You don't need to push or perform. If all you have is 20% to give, then that's your 100%. One small step, taken with care, is enough. And often, when you start doing something that genuinely interest you, it gives you a little energy back. You decide the pace. You choose what's possible. This course is here to support you either way.

One of the very first lessons help you work that out. You'll map your time, energy, clarity and space, so you can see what's possible and where small shifts can make room for this journey. It's not about doing more. It's about using what we already have and using them differently, in a way that fits you.
